The Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District's (NSAQMD) Targeted Airshed Grant is hosting its eighth annual Wood Stove event at the Veterans Hall in Portola on Saturday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event focuses on best wood burning practices from burning dry seasoned wood, to the importance of chimney sweeping, and new wood stove innovation.
